PilotWorks-IAS Chinese New Year Dinner 2026

[27-03-2026]

PilotWorks-IAS recently came together to celebrate the festive season with a memorable Chinese New Year dinner, strengthening team bonds and marking the occasion with joy and appreciation.

The evening was filled with delicious traditional dishes, thoughtfully served to each table, creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for everyone. The celebration began with the lively tradition of Yee Sang, symbolizing prosperity, good fortune, and unity for the year ahead.

The menu featured a delightful selection of dishes, including shark fin soup, ginseng steamed kampung chicken, fried scallop salad, and steamed tiger grouper fish. Guests also enjoyed golden superior broth abalone with fish maw and broccoli, followed by fried rice with Chinese chicken sausage. To end the night on a sweet note, golden fried Nian Gao was served as dessert.

The team thoroughly enjoyed the feast; the food was not only delicious but also left everyone happily satisfied. More importantly, the dinner provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to connect, relax, and celebrate together outside of the workplace.

At PilotWorks-IAS, moments like these reflect our strong team spirit and appreciation for the people behind our success. We look forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and shared achievements.
